On 08.01.19 at 23:55 hrs received a written complaint from ASI Anup Kumar Sarkar of Panrui PS to the effect that on the tip of secrete source information he held raid at Nabagram-Palasi morh on 08.01.19 evening and apprehended one suspected person namely Sk Piyar Ali @ Vuku (32 yrs) S/o Sk Muntaz of village Khustigir Paschimpara, PS Panrui, Dist- Birbhum. After thorough search, he recovered 01 (one) improvised country made pipe gun made of iron having length approx 08” (inch) having butt, barrel, firing pin, trigger etc loaded with 01 (one) round live cartridge 8MM, KF seized from his possession from left waist under garments and seized the same under proper seizure list. This refers to Panrui PS Case No. 04/19 Dated- 08.01.19 U/S 25 (1A) of Indian Arms Act.
