On 26.06.21 at 14.25 hrs received a written complaint from SI Subir Kr. Mondal of Labpur PS to the effect that he along with force while performing anti crime Morning Mobile duty secured arrest of one Sk Lalan (25 yrs) S/o Lt. Sk Hanif of vill.- Balaichandi, PS- Sainthia, Dist. Birbhum from Uttar Dugapur, near Bishoypur village under Labpur PS, Birbhum and seized i) one improvised country made Pipe Gun having butt, trigger , firing pin and barrel, measuring about 2ft 03 inches in length ii) one improvised country made Pipe Gun having butt, trigger, firing pin and barrel, measuring about 11 inches in length, iii) one 7.62 MM live cartridge, iv) three numbers of 08 MM live cartridge. This refers to Labpur PS Case No–104/21 dt- 26.06.21 U/S 25(i) (a) Arms Act.
